These terms are written from the marketplace and co-working operator point of view.

Marketplace Organization

A marketplace organization is an operator account that can publish spaces, products, bookings, and subscriptions for customers.

Operator

An operator is the person or business managing the marketplace side of Skedular.

Marketplace Location

A marketplace location is a place customers may browse or book from.

Resource

A resource is a bookable item or space inside a location.

Product

A product is the public offer customers can book or subscribe to.

One-Time Booking

A one-time booking is a customer reservation for a specific date or time.

Subscription

A subscription is recurring customer access to a product.

Refund

A refund is a financial workflow. It may follow cancellation, but it is a separate decision.

Payment Setup

Payment setup is the operator-side configuration needed to accept or manage payments.

Bank Account

A bank account page supports operator payment setup where available.

Stripe Connect Account

A Stripe Connect account page supports provider-connected payment setup where available.

Availability

Availability tells whether locations and resources can support bookings or subscriptions.

Marketplace Setup

Marketplace setup is the group of steps that prepares the organization to sell to customers.

Integration

An integration connects Skedular to another tool, such as Slack or Microsoft Teams.
