- The address or public place detail is correct.
- Resources are connected.

- The location should be public.
- Support expectations are understood.
Before Creating A Product
- The product name is clear.
- The product is connected to the right location or resource.
- I know whether it is one-time, recurring, or both.
- Availability rules are understood.
- Customer-facing policy notes are ready.
- Payment setup is ready if required.
Before Reviewing A Booking
- I opened the correct organization.
- I found the correct customer record.
- I checked the product.
- I checked the location and resource.
- I checked date, time, and status.
- I checked visible payment or fulfillment signals.
Before Reviewing A Subscription
- I checked the product.
- I checked the recurring schedule.
- I checked current status.
- I checked related bookings when shown.
- I checked cancellation or renewal information.
- I know whether the issue affects future periods.
Before Handling Refund Work
- I opened the related booking or subscription.
- I checked the visible payment state.

- I know whether manual review is needed.
